Product Description
PCD Saw Blades are made of PCD material and steel plate, through laser cutting, brazing, grinding and other production processes. They are always used for cutting laminate floor covering, medium destiny board, electric circuit board, fireproofing board, plywood and other materials.
Machines: Table saw, precise panel saw etc.
Application: Finish or rough cutting of melaminne, HPL, laminated chipboard, MDF/HDF and plywood etc.
Technical information: Advanced steel hardened process and high precise of fatness ensures the very straight cut with free of vibration and less operation noise.
Note: Check the panels very carefully otherwise the diamond very easily break if meet any hard metal or stone.
