Applicable processing materials: solid wood, medium density board (medium fiber board, tri-ammonia board, moisture-proof board, particle board)
Features: This product uses Fluorocarbon PTFE spraying process, using imported M5, M10 screws
Main characteristics
1. KWS-K6 type dowel drill bit adopts ultra-fine particle imported alloy, integral alloy cutter head welding, CNC machine tool sharpening, temperature resistance and coating thermal stability is better, more durable than ordinary inlaid drill bit.
2. Good anti-adhesive performance and smoother chip removal.
3. Better corrosion resistance.
4. Strong adhesion and good adhesion to metals.
5. It is safer, has high hardness and is not easy to delaminate, and has excellent impact toughness.
6. After the steel body is heat treated, all of it is treated by petrochemical treatment to reduce deformation and process the workpiece more accurately.
